1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Gatewayza, you agree to these Gatewayza Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use Gatewayza.

These Terms apply to website visitors, viewer tool users, account holders where applicable, Free users, Pro users, Custom users and people who contact or otherwise interact with Gatewayza services.

Additional terms may apply to particular features, subscriptions or services where those additional terms are clearly presented. If there is a conflict between these Terms and feature-specific terms, the feature-specific terms apply only to that feature to the extent of the conflict.

2. About Gatewayza

Gatewayza operates https://gatewayza.com/. Gatewayza is a browser-based social media viewer hub that organizes tools and viewer experiences related to supported publicly accessible social media content.

Supported platform categories may include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit and Snapchat. Gatewayza may add, modify or remove viewer categories over time.

Gatewayza is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, Reddit or Snapchat unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You may use Gatewayza only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the services under applicable law.

You are responsible for complying with any age requirements imposed by applicable law or by third-party social media platforms whose content, links or services may be associated with your use of Gatewayza.

4. Use of Gatewayza

You may use Gatewayza to discover viewer tools, use supported browser-based utilities, explore publicly available social media information, access Gatewayza informational pages and use features included with your plan.

You must use Gatewayza lawfully, responsibly, without interfering with the service and in accordance with third-party platform rights and applicable law. Your use of a technical feature does not remove your responsibility to determine whether your intended use is lawful and permitted.

5. Viewer Tools and Public Content

Gatewayza viewer tools are intended around supported content that is legitimately accessible to the viewer. Viewer categories may include profile viewers, story viewers, highlight viewers, video viewers, reel viewers, image viewers, post viewers, comments viewers, followers viewers, link viewers, thumbnail viewers and other browser-based social media utilities.

Gatewayza does not provide authorization to bypass private profiles, user blocks, authentication, age restrictions, restricted content, security measures or social-platform privacy controls.

Availability of particular content depends on the third-party platform, the content owner's settings, technical conditions and other factors outside Gatewayza's control.

Some tool names may reflect common search terminology. Those names do not expand what users are lawfully permitted to access or authorize any activity that would otherwise be restricted.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Gatewayza to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• invade another person's privacy;
• bypass access restrictions, circumvent account authentication or defeat user blocks;
• access private or restricted content without authorization;
• harass, stalk, threaten or target others unlawfully;
• collect information for unlawful surveillance;
• scrape or overload Gatewayza in a way that harms service availability;
• interfere with Gatewayza systems or attempt unauthorized access;
• distribute malware or exploit security vulnerabilities;
• impersonate another person or misuse another user's account;
• submit misleading or fraudulent payment information;
• reverse engineer protected Gatewayza functionality where prohibited by law;
• use automated activity that materially disrupts the service; or
• use Gatewayza to violate third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Social Media Platforms

Gatewayza may reference or interact with content associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Snapchat and other third-party services.

Those platforms control their own accounts, privacy settings, content, APIs, authentication systems, restrictions, availability and platform rules. Gatewayza does not control those services.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you submit, URLs or usernames you enter, determining whether your intended use is lawful, complying with platform terms, protecting your account credentials and using Gatewayza responsibly.

You must ensure that you have any permissions legally required for your use. You must not assume that Gatewayza's technical ability to display something means that every possible use of that information is lawful.

9. Viewer Inputs and Submitted Information

Gatewayza tools may request a username, public profile name, profile URL, post URL, video URL, public content link, account identifier or other supported inputs.

By submitting information, you represent that you are permitted to provide it for the requested use. Gatewayza may process these inputs to perform a requested viewer action, validate information, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.

You should not submit passwords, authentication tokens, private credentials, credit-card details or confidential information through ordinary viewer fields.

10. Accounts

If Gatewayza account functionality is available, you may be required to create an account for some features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, keep credentials confidential and notify Gatewayza about suspected unauthorized access.

Where legally appropriate, you remain responsible for activity occurring through your account. Gatewayza may impose reasonable account or usage restrictions to protect the service, users and platform integrity.

11. Free Plan

Gatewayza may provide a Free plan. The Free plan may include access to the homepage viewer, basic supported viewer functionality, standard usage limits and access to public informational pages and platform directories.

Gatewayza may reasonably modify free usage limits, feature availability and tool availability over time. Free access does not guarantee permanent availability of every feature or viewer tool.

12. Pro Plan

Gatewayza may offer a paid Pro plan providing additional Gatewayza functionality, such as broader supported viewer access, higher usage allowances, premium viewer categories, priority processing where supported, priority support and other Pro features displayed on the Pricing page.

13. Custom Plans

Gatewayza may offer tailored arrangements for agencies, teams, organizations and higher-volume users. Custom plans may be based on expected usage, viewer requirements, support needs and available Gatewayza capabilities.

14. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid Gatewayza services may require payment. Pricing is based on the current Pricing page or the terms presented during purchase.

If subscription billing is enabled, you authorize applicable charges according to the selected billing cycle. Prices may change prospectively, vary by plan and include or exclude taxes depending on applicable circumstances.

Gatewayza should provide notice of material pricing changes where required. Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors.

15. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription cancellation, renewal and refund eligibility depend on the terms presented during purchase, the applicable payment arrangement and any rights provided by applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

Gatewayza's own website design, original copy, software, interfaces, branding, graphics, logos, original content and layout may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive only a limited right to use Gatewayza for permitted purposes. You may not improperly copy, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit Gatewayza-owned materials except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Gatewayza does not claim ownership of third-party social media content made available by independent platforms or content owners.

17. Platform Names, Logos and Trademarks

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Snapchat and related names, logos or trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Gatewayza's references to these platforms are intended to identify relevant services or tool categories. Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, ownership or official affiliation unless explicitly stated.

18. Feedback

You may submit suggestions, ideas, feedback and feature requests. Gatewayza may use voluntarily submitted feedback to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you unless otherwise agreed.

This section does not claim ownership of unrelated user intellectual property.

19. Third-Party Links and Services

Gatewayza may contain links to third-party sites and services. Gatewayza does not control third-party content, terms, privacy policies, security, availability or accuracy.

You interact with third-party services at your own discretion and subject to those providers' terms.

20. Service Availability

Gatewayza aims to keep the service available but cannot guarantee continuous operation, error-free operation, uninterrupted viewer access, availability of third-party content, continued availability of every tool or compatibility with every platform change.

Third-party social networks may change APIs, page structures, access methods, policies and availability without Gatewayza's control.

21. Changes to Gatewayza

Gatewayza may update features, modify viewers, remove unsupported tools, add tools, change plan features, improve interfaces, perform maintenance and introduce reasonable usage limits where appropriate.

Material changes affecting paid plans should be communicated where required by applicable law or applicable agreement.

22. Privacy

Use of Gatewayza is also subject to the Gatewayza Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information may be collected, used and processed.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gatewayza is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gatewayza does not guarantee that every tool will always function, third-party content will remain available, information supplied by external platforms will always be complete or current, the service will be uninterrupted or every viewer will work with every URL, account or content type.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gatewayza will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

This may include losses connected with third-party content changes, third-party platform availability, service interruptions, user misuse, unauthorized use of user accounts where not caused by Gatewayza or reliance on third-party information.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

25. Indemnification

Where permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of Gatewayza, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, content or information submitted by you or misuse of Gatewayza services.

26. Suspension and Termination

Gatewayza may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of Terms violations, misuse, fraud, security risks, abusive automated activity, unlawful conduct, payment problems for paid features or risk to Gatewayza or other users.

You may stop using Gatewayza at any time. If account deletion functionality exists, it may be made available through account settings or another reasonable process.

27. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use. Gatewayza may respond to lawful legal requests or take steps necessary to comply with applicable obligations.

Gatewayza does not provide authorization to violate privacy laws, copyright, intellectual-property rights, platform restrictions, access-control laws or other applicable legal requirements.

28. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Gatewayza and the relevant relationship, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

For disputes relating to Gatewayza, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through reasonable communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by a court or other competent forum as determined under applicable law.

29. Changes to These Terms

Gatewayza may revise these Terms when necessary because of feature changes, business changes, legal requirements, pricing changes or service updates.

The Last Updated date should be revised whenever the Terms materially change. Current date: 20 Sep 2026. Where required or appropriate, Gatewayza may provide additional notice of material changes.

30. General Provisions

Severability

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

Gatewayza may transfer rights or obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, restructuring or similar event where permitted.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with policies specifically incorporated into them, represent the applicable agreement concerning use of Gatewayza unless separate written terms apply.
